Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of your order date. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within this time frame for a full refund (conditions apply). To ensure we can process your return quickly, please follow the guidelines outlined below.

- If the product has been opened or used, we will only accept returns if it is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

Refund Process
Once we receive your return and verify the condition of the items, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note:
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving your returned products.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@cheshmabeauty.ca. We will provide a full refund or send you a replacement at no additional cost. Please include photos of the damaged product and packaging, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
