Trehalose plays an important role in maintaining hydration around the eyelids. Widely used in dry eye care, this antioxidant helps protect cells from environmental stress while supporting moisture retention along the lash line.

Hyaluronic acid (sodium hyaluronate) works alongside trehalose as a powerful humectant, attracting and holding water in the skin. This helps maintain hydration and comfort in the delicate eyelid area while supporting smoother application of the eyeliner.
